Committed to Training

James Strang have a 'Staff Training Levels' programme ranging from Level 1 (basic) through to Levels 2-5 (Specialist) training for all staff.

Level 1 training is delivered by JSL's own in House Trainer at their Ofqual Accredited Training Center at Denny.

Levels 2-5 are delivered by external training providers under the CSCS/ CPCS/ NPORS Accreditation Scheme.

Health and Safety Training provided at Level 1 includes: Abrasive Wheels, Manual Handling, Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height, PPE Awareness, Face Fit Testing, Fire Sentry, Emergency First Aid and Environmental Awareness.
